1. Shipping Location

We currently ship within the United Kingdom.

International Shipping – European Union

We are pleased to offer shipping from the United Kingdom to customers within the European Union.

We currently ship to selected EU countries only. Availability may change at any time.

All EU orders are shipped using Royal Mail International Tracked services

Customs, Duties & Import VAT

Orders shipped from the UK to the EU may be subject to:

  • Import VAT
  • Customs duties
  • Handling or clearance fees

These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.


2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within [1–3 business days] (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays).

You will receive:

  • An order confirmation email after purchase

  • A dispatch confirmation email once your order has been shipped

During busy periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

3. Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail.

Available services may include:

  • Royal Mail Tracked 24 (1–2 business days)

  • Royal Mail Tracked 24 With Signature (1-2 business days)
  • Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2–3 business days)

  • Royal Mail Tracked 48 With Signature (2-3 business days)

  • Royal Mail Tracked International (3-8 business days)

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

4. VAT, Customs & Import Charges

Applicable EU VAT and import charges are collected at checkout where required.

Customers should not normally be required to pay additional import VAT or customs charges upon delivery.

In rare circumstances, local customs authorities or delivery partners may apply additional processing requirements or fees outside of our control.

5. Customs Delays

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or local postal networks.

6. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the selected Royal Mail service.

  • From £3.65 - £9.99

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

7. Delays, Loss or Damage

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by Royal Mail.

If your item is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at zenscentscustomgifts@gmail.com  within 7 days of the expected delivery date and include your order number.

8. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.

We will assist you in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.
